My ultimate goal is to permanently transcend masturbation. NNN serves as the training ground.

That's sad to me. Self pleasure is sacred.

What is wrong with pleasure?

I am find with doing a no fap month. But I won't be swinging my pendulum that far. I want to have a healthy wanky wank wank

That's fine. Nothing wrong with that.

I'm just curious to find out what would happen if I completely stopped masturbating.

Pleasure is good. But self-pleasure amounts to lost energy that had potential.

If any man is developing their social self further, I'd suggest masturbation is just the setback.

It's the same way with animal products for people. I used to be this way.

Implying of anything being a self-pleasuring activity in itself is not obvious and not healthy to believe.

Healthy in the way I'd wanna be at least. Pleased in the way I wanna be that is. :D

99.999%+ Of people who try NNN are just people who masturbate too much and once a year they try to gather up to fight the demon they've had next to no success fighting on their own. Then 99% of them fail.

Peacock be like NOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo (for the full month that is!!!!)

At least he has his feather's :P

I wonder why birds evolved to look so cool. Maybe a survival mechanism. Like, I don't wanna eat something that looks so cool and amazing. Kind of like drinking foamed latte art.

A whole month without having sex with my girlfriend? Yea fuck that.

Now a month without porn I can get down with.

Nothing wrong with masturbation though, assuming you’re not doing it cumpulsively…

I masturbate 1-2 times per week but haven't abstained from it for a month or more for a good while.

Anyways, what's your point? Is it not a beautiful thing that people try to better themselves, even if they fail?

No fap is not about suppression of libido but transmutation of libido. Not shooting that life energy in a paper towel but having the discipline to hold the Cup of hermes and not spill it.

7 days of Nofap I have experienced the following:

I have quite a bit more energy, some nervous and some other type, I don't know, just less laziness and lethargy.

I feel a bit more confident in imposing some of my willpower and attention power in being more regulatory over my horniness. I felt this is mostly conditional confidence and less general overall, but it's a good increase.

Nothing significant with a deeper voice, although I'm doing a bit more vocal and singing exercises.

I felt slightly more grateful for and appreciation for small activities, seems like my senses have slightly heightened as well.

Some downsides: More aggressive, edgy energy, and sometimes so much it's affecting my sleep, and also some increase in morning horniness, and a bit of worry of sexual thoughts that could happen. That's about it for now

"Nocturnal emission, keep on the mission. Hands on the cock, reset the clock."

But jokes aside, T peaks around 5 days in, beyond that T slowly drops and you eventually go below baseline.

Use it or lose it??
