Internet addiction (and CPTSD)

Hi all.

Today I came to the perspective that I think I meet the criteria for having an internet addiction.

I understand some might say that I shouldn't label myself, but for now I think its an important step for me in my journey.

I was wondering if anyone can relate to this. Also, whether anyone had any resources.

To my understanding, I've already watched all of  Leo's vid on addiction and believe I understand that perspective. So, I think I would be particularly curious to hear about other perspectives.

Also, if anyone has experience dealing with PTSD/ C-PTSD and internet addiction I would like to hear about that too. I'm pretty confident that internet addiction is a means by which i cope with the symptoms of, what i see to be, CPTSD.

I found coping through distraction and internet addiction significantly reduced my ptsd.

I always imagine that without all the Internet distractions I would be 1000 times more productive.
