Finally I balanced my chakras

The energy is flowing so freely and it feels like my spine channel is also very huge! I noticed that my concentration is back, I can focus MILES better, also I feel increased awareness! Also it seems like this gave me tons of strength! I feel so much more energetic. Looking back now I've had chronic energy problems that I never even noticed, but now that my energy levels are at peak there is quite a difference!

I did a lot of daily Kryia (2 times per day) also with physical Yoga and cardio.

Taking cold showers probably fixed my thyroid, which I probably had a problem with (never did any tests to see if it was bad) but now when I take longer cold showers it gets to the point where I no longer feel the freezing water, it seems even WARM!

I just wanted to share my experience because this is very significant for my life.
