Infinity

Trying to reconcile infinity with the possibility of a finite universe.

What if the universe and space-time was curved? Say you create a magnificent spaceship that reaches the absolute end of this universe but at the end you just start back where you began. How can a “closed” system such as this be reconciled with infinity? Is there a nothingness/somethingness beyond this even though it couldn’t be penetrated? It would be ALL but would also be limited.

This isn’t easy to convey but essentially if a finite universe was proven to be true how does that reconcile with infinity?

You can reconcile it by realizing that the “finite universe” is a construction of infinite consciousness. That includes time, space and any notion of an external physical reality. Physical reality is a subset of what consciousness can be.

Your visual field has infinite resolution. That means you can zoom into it forever. You can also zoom out of it forever.

Infinity IS a totally closed system. It's just infinite in all directions.

Infinity is so open that it's closed.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

There should be a mathematical definition of this. ;)

Infinity means that everything is infinite. Finite is only an appearance. A proton have infinite depth. The limits are just a perception. A finite universe just seems finite, but it's substance is the infinity, and any piece of infinity is the entire infinity. That's why they say reality is a dream. The finite universe is just a dream of god, in the sense of it's just an appearance, a mental construction
