Blog post about "Old souls"

@Leo Gura

This post had me remember this one experience I had this summer.

I have met with a girl that was super conscious/spiritual, and one day we met and I just observed her in everything that she did, and somehow I noticed that her inner "soul/being/awareness/consciousness" is very old. I don't know how to describe it, but I just intuitively picked up the feeling that the "soul", or what ever you wanna call it, that was inside of her body was very mature and old. You can just observe and sense one's inner "soul".

   I think the psychic that reached to @Leo Gura was tailoring his explanation to him to make it make more sense, if you know what I mean. Let's assume Leo had played Dark Souls or some game where you die and respawn a lot. The analogy and metaphor would make sense.

   Advaita Vedanta has a similar modal of how consciousness gets bigger over time.

@Danioover9000

In my own experience that is the case.

Reincarnation and parallel realities are fascinating subjects. I hope we come to a point where we can explore this and document it. I have the feeling I've lived my life many times, many things feel familiar.

I can agree with you on this. Sometimes it feels like I've met some of the people somewhere else. It's a very strange phenomenon.

Or you keep running into people like yourself ;).

@LordFall Reincarnation is a fact. There are techniques to verify this for yourself. Yoga Nidra and Kundalini meditation are the ones I do. You must be careful, want, and be ready for postcards from the past. We don't remember previous incarnations for anything. Anyway, even from this life, you will remember about three months, distorted by the narrative of the ego mirror. Then you will discover that what has happened doesn't matter as you are here. The water in the river is always fresh :)

@inFlow Sometimes, you discover things in the structure of your mind that are bothering you; you have no idea where they came from. If you add repetitive deja vu, which you also cannot locate, and they evoke strong emotions, you have no choice. You have to go down to the basement and look at the dusty album to visualize - and so what. What happened - you will not change it. You did what you did - you obviously couldn't have done otherwise. You discover that everyone is doing what they can at the moment. If one could do better and had more excellent knowledge, stronger faith, and stronger courage - one would have done differently. This frees you a lot from judging others. Eventually, it will work. Never give up, and keep trying. In the end, it will work :)
