Intimate Sensation of Reality

11 posts in this topic

What is the best way to explain others how you intimately feel Reality?

It is so frustrating, even this question is very silly, but I want to explain others how I see and feel reality and I cannot do it.

I want to help people and I do not know how to point them in the right direction.

I am not talking about mediocre but rather about serious spiritual seekers.

I think the only real option is to just vibrate. Smile after taking the deep breath. Let them intuitively feel your high frequency. No words will do justice.

Start by articulating it to yourself, on paper.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

Even if you get it perfectly, everyone will interpert what you saying in their own way, only important thing is how you explain it to yourself and then how you explained it to yourself you tell them and it will have an impact...

It all comes down to being as precise as you can be. Rather than saying “this was amazing, transcendent, or an ‘awakening’”, you can try to describe the actual sensations of the experience themselves. I think the best thing which helped me get more clear with my phenomenological descriptions of states was reading Daniel Ingram’s book Mastering the Core Teachings of the Buddha. The book gives a lot of frameworks within Buddhist meditative experience for describing things more precisely simply by knowing a larger vocabulary of powerful and intricate concepts, but more importantly, it shows just how exact one can become with this territory which never can be 100% conveyed to another person. We can never give the full picture, but this doesn’t mean that we can’t give a good representation to a degree.

What did the stage orange scientist call the stage blue fundamentalist for claiming YHWH intentionally caused Noah’s great flood?

Delugional.

to each their own. i dont think there is a magic trick to it. its like, how do you make art that pierces everyone's soul? you would need to experience all perspectives, whatever it means.

Thanks. True.

But when people ask me how I perceive smile is not sufficient to explain ??

@Judy2 exactly, no models will ever help. I was thinking about three major prospectives of perceiving physical reality and I am working on my essay to describe each.
Thanks ? .

Also opening a Youtube channel or a blog. That's what most people do when they feel like they have something valuble to share.

Yeah, that is a great idea. I have my own website for it. But I have never become serious about developing it.
