Does Nofap increase testosterone levels?

The bigger picture lesson from the video was "The worst thing for animals is the ability to get that dopamine hit without doing any effort to get there.  Drugs being a great example, or jerking off without having to socialize, date, and have sex with a woman."  I don't remember it all completely, but I also don't think he was advocating "Don't fap at all", cuz... well, he seems like a reasonable guy and absolutely no-fap all the time seems unreasonable as a hard rule.  But ya, you can search it on YT ("Huberman and masturbation", etc.).  

Personally, I just did 7-8 days of it and felt my desire and drive to just create stuff rose.  Whereas before I am usually quite unmotivated and lazy in doing work on projects and stuff.

   Yes, this is the more important takeaway of NoFap.

@Someone here nothing to do with nutrients — the loss is not significant. It likely has to do with mood-promoting neurotransmitters and their refractory periods and mini-withdrawals, but not necessarily; it almost certainly isn’t nutrient loss though.

At the 4-5 day mark, my mind starts becoming an insight-creating machine, but my body becomes restless.
