How to decide on what to learn about

How do you ultimately decide what to learn about from moment to moment to improve yourself efficiently? If you’re someone like Leo how do you know whether to be reading spiral dynamics, learning about heavy metal toxicity, politics, game, a new psychedelic, or some other topic in each moment? Do you just follow your curiosity and what’s most relevant to your life at that time? Just kinda feel it out and always be seeking to learn and grow in ways that seem to make the most sense for you to live your best life

Not trying, just relaxing and letting reality be. That's like the Taoist idea of wu wei.

Same, why would I read books that aren't relevant to my life or books that doesn't provoke curiosity.

Just feel what you would like to read and what is useful for you, it isn't rocket science;)

Stuff I study and focus on is a combination of stuff I love and stuff I know I need for my development.

Love for psychology took me pretty far. Today I use my intuition to push my center of interest (the center of my focus) to the direction that I feel is best for me holistically, while maintaining balance and avoiding backlash.
