Can the unmanifest exist without the manifest?

4 posts in this topic

By manifest I mean all phenomena (trees, sounds, light, etc...).

By unmanifest I mean that which can't be named, spoken, pointed to (the eternal, the unspeakable, Atman)

If the answer is yes, why?

Phenomena, trees, sounds, light, perceptions, experience, world, existence - those are all concepts.

What happens if you strip all the concepts? What remains?

Hint: no words can touch "this".
