No such thing here.

And organic fruits still use pesticides, just organic ones.

The difference in health is still huge.

The second biggest source of chemical poisoning into the body is done by the city water dranked and when taking shower absorbed also through the skin. I bought this shower filter and you certainly feel it in your health. Many times are the little things everyday that build up, those are the best investments.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty. We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Virtuous and Conscious. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life God is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, ... Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

Camarade québécois. 🗿

@Leo Gura puts random vegetables and olive oil in boiling water and calls it soup, he also does weird stuff like collecting African masks.
@Sugarcoat Eats sugar croissants, and pretends not to be addicted to the forum when I know that you have to manually send a request to be considered connected.

@NoSelfSelf Is obsessed with how a real man should be and you can read his posts with a mean Slavic accent.

@MarkKol Don't know how to say "Hello"

The moderator who gave me the most warning points is Polish.

You can't trust Slav dudes these people pretend to have a soul, they are just in imitation, all they can do is eat things made with potatoes and sour cream, pretend to be Aryan, take drugs and do weird things because the shitty weather and cold make them weird and belligerent.

There is only one solution

Why wild?

They have 2x the antioxidants of cultivated blueberries. I was born and raised in the state of Maine which produces something crazy like 99% of the blueberries in the U.S. If you ever get a chance to eat Wyman's wild blueberries, you will be sold haha. Eating foods that greatly enhance your antioxidant status such as wild blueberries is the #1 actionable step you can take to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.

Why do you like pomegranates so much? What specific health benefits?

Unparalleled antioxidants which have been shown to not only prevent the progression of, but actually reverse plaque build up in arteries (PMID: 15158307). It is the #1 health hack that I universally recommend to folks.

Top favorites:

Apples. I try to eat new varieties I come across that are highly rated on the apple rankings website, though my favorites that are widely available are Cosmic Crisp and Honeycrisp. I've had SweetTango and they are one of the best out there. I got some SugarBee right now from Aldi and they really do taste like honey... quite crisp, thin skinned, and delicious.

Grapefruit, but a specific variety that I don't know the name of... like oranges, not all grapefruit are created equal.  I used to hate grapefruit, but I enjoyed eating warheads. I forced myself to eat them and came to absolutely love them.

Oranges of course

Pineapple

Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, just because they are healthy and low calorie.

It should be noted that produce, much like almost everything we eat, is nothing like the produce we evolved eating. Through selective breeding and genetic engineering today's fruits and vegetables are much sweeter and more appealing to the palette than anything our ancestors had. Many didn't even exist. In fact, the only that still resemble their original form are berries like raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.

Another interesting fact... without genetic engineering the banana we currently enjoy (cavendish) will eventually not be able to be used for mass production due to a disease spreading around. It replaced a variety called the Gros Michael that our grandparents got to enjoy that itself got decimated, that tastes similar to what we know of as "artificial banana flavoring" which was actually developed around the Gros Michael banana.

Eventually, genetic engineering will create some marvelous produce, I'd imagine. I'm all for it. It's our job as homo sapiens to hijack this simulation and play God, to fix the errors in evolution. To future great tasting GMO food. ;)
