Chelation and the dump

Hey hey,

Just wondering about people's experiences of "the dump" during heavy metal chelation. Its a period during the chelation journey in which the heavy metals that were stored intra-cellularly begin "dumping" extracellularly (in the blood). Causing a felt 'dip' or stalling in one's chelation progress.

Not sure how many of you here are chelating, but for those who are: did you experience a dump phase? And if you did, how did you manage it? 

Genuinely curious as I might be entering this stage now.
