Healthy ways to increase testosterone

Testosterone is essential for our sexual health and general health..a man with low testosterone is like a car without enough fuel.
Healthy Ways to increase it:
1 semen retention.
2 lifting weight .
3 running .
4 Sun light.
5 cooling the testicles .
6 eating lots of raw eggs.
7 eating lots of garlic and onion and spices .
8 eating fish .
9 eating any food that is rich  in vitamin D and Zinc (eg. Red meat).
10 having high self-esteem.
11 cold showers .
12 sexual arousal. It helps your testosterone to get a boner every now and then.
13  sex (yes it ACTUALLY increases testosterone as opposed to what masturbation does. Which can show us that it has to do with the psychology of it..when you have sex you feel like a boss and that increases your T ..but when you fap you feel like a loser and that decreases your T).
14 sleeping well.
15 water fasting combined with at least 100 push ups a day(burning fat and convert it to muscle).

Things that DECREASES testosterone to avoid them:
1 excessive ejaculation of course.
2 sugar (white sugar..feel free to eat all the fruits you want).
3 shampoo (the chemicals in it are bad for Your T)
4 warm baths.
5 low self-esteem .
6 stress and anxiety and depression .
7 porn( dopamine is related with testosterone ..high dopamine from porn or junk food or video games can actually decrease your testosterone.
8 fluoride (don't ever drink your toothpaste water).
9 nicotine .
10 Soy( stop eating nutella and ice cream).
11 alcohol.

Half of the stuff you mentioned is bs and has no scientific backing. Most of the rest has so little impact that it isn't even worth mentioning.

Like what ? Mention one of them and then Google it . Do your research and find out . All of the mentioned above are clinically proven (whether what increases VS. Decreases).

Interesting.  I'm wiling to remove soy from the list.  But I read somewhere that soy affects the body like the female hormone estrogen.  Is that correct ?

This is a mechanistic theory that started in the 90s when phytoestrogens were discovered and a biological resemblance to mammalian oestrogens was observed. Since then, multiple studies have taken a dive into trying to keep it regular soy consumers have lower testosterone levels, and they don't. 

There are several reasons (mechanistically speaking) why phytoestrogens don't behave the same way oestrogens do: 

  1. biological hormones are tightly regulated system by the so-called HPO-Axis (Hypothalamus-pituitary-gonads), and while some foods may have a negligible and temporary effects on them, overall, this is a closed loop and tightly regulated, although synthetic hormones (e.g. oral contraceptive pills or HRT/TRT) can interact to a significant degree
  2. The docking of phytoestrogens to Oestrogen Receptors is short-lived (about 1/1000th of the duration of Oestrogen docking) 
  3. Phytoestrogen preferentially docks to Oestrogen Receptor Beta (ERβ), which is associated with cancer prevention. In contrast, excessive docking to Oestrogen Alpha Receptor may be associated with breast cancer, prostate cancer and ovarian cancer (it is more complex than that). Having too much natural biological oestrogen produced by the body or having oestrogen being recycled before being eliminated (extreme concern on low fibre diets) or just having a health condition that leads to this - can be a driving mechanism for oestrogen-driven cancers 
  4. Phytoestrogens are also found in legumes, mushrooms and even some fruits and vegetables - would you say those make men feminine? I would argue they don't. 
  5. People who consume less soy tend to consume more things like beef, which has been associated with increased colorectal cancer risk across epidemiological research. Maybe soy is just a proxy for a healthier lifestyle rather than having any impact; that is certainly a possibility. People eating more soy will tend to (probably) eat more vegetables, fruits, oily fish and less meat and saturated fat. 
  6. Men who eat more soy are more protected from cancer of all kinds, especially prostate, lung and gastrointestinal systems. 
  7. If soy were driving the feminisation of men, you would see a high amount of gynaecomastia (man boobs) in populations like Japanese and well..you don't. At least not until we started feeding them Mcdonald's and beef burgers. I would argue that the feminisation of men is caused by obesity, excessive calories and a shit diet.

Thanks for the info dude ?. 

So soy from resources like cow's milk and soybean are not what I should be concerned about ..  As it isn’t yet proven that it mimics estrogen effects on the body ?

But then what does(from the common foods that we eat ) work like estrogen I'm the body ?

But what about beef and pork products, chicken and turkey products that are constantly being fed a lot of estrogen to make them gain fat and weight so they can be sold for more money. They are also getting exposed to many estrogen like substances from the ubiquitous use of so many plastic products. . It absolutely should be illegal to feed any animals any forms of estrogen or any other hormones.

P.S May I ask you what you work for a living?  Are you a doctor? Or nutrition expert? Or what?

The only things worth mentioning are imo:

  1. Good sleep
  2. Good unprocessed food
  3. Getting fit 
  4. Decreased stress and negativity
  5. Goals 
  6. Leave your home and meet people

Also, why do you worry about your T levels so much? Unless your T levels are below average, you are good. Focus on actually doing shit.

But hey, if you want to drink raw eggs and freeze your balls, you go alpha.

How about do a google search with ncbi in the terms to actually find out the truth. Spoiler: basically nothing helps (and it doesn’t really matter as much as you’d think). But for some it actually does matter — get enough sleep, get your test levels tested, and go on TRT if doc recommends it.
