Rate my Weekend Super Duper Vegan Meal Concoction! (Photo Attached)

So for the past 3 years I've been preparing this lentil stew on weekends in one form or another. Today I thought I would share this super meal with you all with the hope of getting your opinions and inspire someone who needs a recipy for a super yummy meal. 

The total preparation time is about two hours. The recommendation is to get about 30 different plants a week and in this meal you have over 30! I welcome all your comments, questions and suggestions and wish you all a happy Weekend! :D

 

The ingredients:

Lentils

Whole grain rice

Potatoes

White turnip

Carrot

Coliflower

Broccoli

Onion

Green pepper

peas

String beans

Brussel sprouts

Broad beans

Artichoke

Spirulina (added after the photo was taken)

Chlorella (added after the photo was taken)

Kale (added after the photo was taken)

Chia seeds (added after the photo was taken)

Sesame seeds (added after the photo was taken)

Sunflower seeds (added after the photo was taken)

Poppy seeds (added after the photo was taken)

Hemp seeds (added after the photo was taken)

Flax seeds (added after the photo was taken)

Spices (added after the photo was taken):

Tumeric (mixed with the rice)

Pepper black + red (mixed with rice)

Cumin

Garlic

Oregano

Parsley

Basil

Rosemary

Thyme

Savory

Marjoram

I'd eat this in one go. Cooking peppers is like wasting vitamin C. Add some pinto beans, cause I think they are the most bioavailable vegan source of proteins and other good stuff. Also, maybe try giving the water some kind of a color as well cause it would be more aesthetically pleasing, like try adding some red beets:)
