People claiming to see heaven and hell?

Hi guys! 

I'm hiba, and I'm here with the intent of learning more, and breaking through limiting beliefs in order to ascend from stage orange to stage green (spiral dynamics).

Recently I came across a few videos in which people claim to see heaven and hell after being pronounced clinically dead. These are those people who basically come back to life after being dead for a few minutes. They claim that during the period of being pronounced dead they visit heaven and hell, and the explanation they give of these places matches that of the holy scriptures. This reminds me of my stage blue mentality.

What do you think is happening? What would be a good psychological explanation for these phenomenon? I would love to hear honest perspectives.
