Love.....accepted itself just for being, but Love wanted to know itself....=knowledge, so love expresses, and through expression it finds itself, reunites, with itself, and gains self know, or knowledge. The life you live, express, to know yourself, but to first truly express, you need to first accept yourself for being. Through acceptance...your love will find natural expression, its a warm embrace, that just flows through you, you realize you were never walking through solid, but through an ocean, always an ocean, an ocean of love in disguise as form. Meditation is to slowly help you realize you were in an ocean.

Just as a fish doesn't know its in an ocean....you are that fish, you actually need to be still to realize you are a fish in an ocean, and then...also realize....you are the ocean. You are so attached to that form, but you don't even realize how attached the ocean is to you as well....you are not separate you are one. You are all....
