How to cultivate Self-Love wherever you are at

The first part of my life when I was young, was laden with bullying, constant fights, and isolation. I didn't have my first real friend until I was in the 11th grade and around the age of 17. I was a natural extrovert who was isolated from real close relationships for the first 17 years of my life. I did have acquaintances in which I played outside with, but they also talked down to me lol. So I was surrounded by people who constantly told me I was weird, ugly, my Father told me I was a disappointment and called me stupid when I was around 6-7 years old. 

I got into a fight in Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade, 8th grade, 9th grade, 10,grade, 11th grade, not senior year, freshman year in college, we won't even talk about growing up the fights I got into in the street!!! Lol!!! Can't even talk about the fights me and my twin brother (fraternal) got into as well!! Anyway I pretty much grew up with everyone around me telling me I'm crap so how did I keep my sanity? Easy...I made a concerted effort to prove my own self-worth to myself. I made a vow to give my best effort at whatever I did. I made a vow to be honest, trustworthy, I basically built myself into the person I wanted to be. Now did I always get the results I wanted? NO!!! LOL. So then I realized that if I built my self-respect on results...then I would fall into a trap of my self-respect and love being outside my control. So I chose to make my entire self-worth based entirely on effort, and basically morality.

Looking back...even though I know the real truth that your worth is solely based on your very existence, had I told myself that back then it wouldn't have worked. So...everything has a time and a place....if you are in a spot where you feel worthless, its because you have not decided to prove to yourself your value. How do you do it? DARE TO BE ARROGANT!!! Dare to believe that the b.s. people tell you about yourself is b.s. and that you know better!!! You got to start somewhere, so why not start believing that you are worth something? 

I know personally people who look successful on the outside but on the inside struggle with feelings of self-worth. Self-worth....has to be earned. Its like building a house!!! Before you can believe someone when they tell you that you are legendary, that you are a unique expression like a flower, you need to convince yourself that this is true. You have a feminine and a masculine component within. The feminine wants to believe in you, but it watches you and sees that you don't believe in yourself. You don't give your best effort, you don't keep the promises you make to yourself, you are afraid to take risks, so the feminine (your feelings) expresses back to you that it doesn't trust you. Now had you went out and gave your best, the feminine would respond (you did your best there was nothing else you could have done) and then a little respect XP is earned. The more you stay true to your word to yourself and others, call yourself when you fall out of alignment, and give your best effort the more respect XP is earned. For the Masculine, respect from the feminine is LOVE!!! The more you tackle the unknown and get out of your comfort zone the more you are rewarded with self-love. Eventually you amass so much...you just OOZE confidence and others start to take notice. 

This is how you initially grow into the flower....from the shit you had to deal with early in life. The problem is you grew up in celebrity culture and you think if you aren't some famous person then you have no value. You see yourself as some nobody, a peon, and thus you create a victim storyline and create hell on earth for yourself. If you do not see value in yourself and work every day towards expressing it more and more...you will never discover the hidden treasure that you are. Everyone you will ever meet....is a treasure, the problem is you have to spend time jimmying the lock until it finally opens. 

If you are a liar, you will hate yourself. If you are scared to go after what you want you will hate yourself. If you place your value on winning, anytime you lose you will hate yourself. If you place your value on getting attention from others when you are ignored, and forgotten about you will hate yourself. If you need kindness from others to feel good about yourself when someone is mean you will hate yourself. What you don't understand....is solipsism isn't a joke. You all like to dance around this subject....but how you feel about yourself is how you feel about the world or life. When you complain about life, and the world....you are just revealing how you feel about yourself. 

This is a tough pill to swallow, especially when you find out you are freaking GOD!!! Lol!!! If you are God...who can you blame? So that is why it is better, to pursue truth. Through the pursuit of truth you gain love for yourself and ultimately others. I realize telling many of you that you are legends, that you are geniuses, does nothing for you....you think I'm lying. You are right....whatever you believe in your world...is right. That's how this game works!! I can't prove anything to you, only you can prove something to yourself. So....why not take a chance and experiment and find out...if you truly are legendary? 

The greatest men and women in history....are not known by history, but through their daily actions, they have saved the world time and time again. If all you care about is fame, then you will never reach the highest heights of your expression, because the price of ultimate expression is just the love of the act itself. Fame is a condition, fortune is a condition, admiration is a condition, mastery is a condition, any result outside of the action IS A CONDITION!!! What makes God so powerful? Unconditional love. If you do not love the act just for its own sake you will NEVER REACH GOD LEVEL EXPRESSION!!! Infinity LOSES ITSELF IN ITS LOVE!!! You must LOSE YOURSELF IN YOUR EXPRESSION AND THAT IS HOW THROUGH THAT ACT.....YOUR TRUE LIGHT WILL SHINE!! YOU WILL BE GOD LEVEL EXPRESSION!!!

well said. in life you have to give everything, take serious risks, not be afraid to suffer, try the impossible, purify yourself in suffering, leave behind the superfluous, polish yourself like a diamond, despise comfort, be Taliban in integrity, and always try refine a little more

Yes and then eventually...drop all of that LOL!!! And rest in being....and then just express yourself free from all those restraints. Drop the notion and right and wrong and be as spontaneous as a child. Express yourself without filter!!!

Yes true freedom of expression. With the trust that we will be as authentic and loving as possible...and thus break free of morality. You don't need morality...you just need self-love to guide you. If you truly love yourself, you will truly love another.

^ Then you will live in hell. Giving your worth to others...strips you of it. The moment they react in any way against your liking... will be your hell and that happens constantly with everyone.

That is the difference between being integral or false. when your value is something that only you judge, you become absolutely truthful. any lie in your life is a serious insult against yourself. when your value depends on others, you are false, since you are in constant fear of not being valued. you are a fragile being, full of shame, fear of not being enough, and your base is lies. you are completely unhappy and neurotic, a slave to others.
