Lolita is my favorite novel. It's the only novel that I like more than Moby-Dick. 

Nabokov's command of the English language is impeccable.

Lolita is Humbert's nickname for Dolores, a 12-year-old girl that he's obsessed with. He calls sexually attractive young girls Nymphets.
