I have decided.  I'm never ever again gonna put a cigarette in my mouth . I made up my mind .I value my long-term health and happiness more than the fleeting pleasure of cigarettes  .

Day 0. I just crushed a cigarette and throwed the pack into the garbage can. Where it belongs .

Will update every single day.

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .
