Please don't do cold approach daygame at college. Your reputation will disintegrate.

Talk to a few girls as you go about your day who you encounter naturally, but don't stand on the busiest street on campus and spam approach. Your reputation as the weird guy who does that will spread very very quickly.

Why in the fuck would you even need cold approach at college? Make some friends, go to parties, go out to clubs. That's what college is for, that's how you meet girls at college.
