I ran 7 miles at 3 am back to the high school I was first wrongly accused of being a school bomber/shooter at because of my bipolar manic episode when I was 18 while I was listening to this beautiful communication. I can’t express how thankful I am for David Goggins and his message. I’m crying tears of joy as I write this message.
