Positive Pick-up

What i mean by this is obviously a lot of in-field pick up has essentially been cancelled from youtube and just generally has a seedy reputation in the mainstream, which in some cases is of course deserved but it also demonises what can be a positive experience for everyone involved. So i came across the channel below which i thought was very interesting how its framed, its not about just getting lays or closes or whatever its about pushing your boundaries and potentially adding a positive experience to someones day and it would probably play well in the mainstream despite the fact it is just pick-up, anyway check it out and add your thoughts -

Nice one dude. I rate the positive intention of your post.

I think there is certainly a need for positive pickup. However, I don't think there's anything inherently non-positive about pursuing pick up just for sex, or having sex be a major goal in one's pickup journey. I think encouraging growth via challenging one's comfort zone and making someone's day are cool things to aspire towards, nonetheless. 

I think what's important is for positive pickup is to value and respect healthy boundaries of both parties. I don't think that is done nearly enough.

I agree of course, im just saying in terms of it being accepted into the mainstream or to normalise pick up this would have to be the route as whats happened in the past has given pick up a bad name

@Consept I see. I'm understanding your point as being what of one about branding.

If pick up were presented as being centred around pushing your boundaries and making someone else's day, then it is more likely that pick up would be accepted into the mainstream.

If my understanding is correct, then I agree with you.

Love this video. I feel like there’s such an obsession with getting lays in the pickup community that it puts a lot of pressure on guys (for me at least).

Taking an approach like this of just getting out of your confort zone and having positive interactions with ppl is so cool.
