Do you like having choices/freedom?

I've noticed that whenever I'm forced to do something / be somewhere I'm always in a good mood.

e.g. unavoidable visit to the hospital = feeling fantastic sitting in the waiting room doing nothing.

Yet.. playing my favorite video game = boredom and lack of focus.

 

And it's all because I "chose" to play the game, and because I was "forced" to go to the hospital.  That's, essentially, what decides if something's enjoyable or not.

If you could live 1000 years in the future you definitely would, your life in 2022 is objectively shit in comparison, yet you're also happy here and are able to enjoy it.  Why?  Because you're forced against your will to stay here and experience nothing else.

Thought about it, but then changed my mind.

A binary option is more valuable.

Well actually there's probably nothing I value more than freedom.  And I can never just do as I'm told, I would hate having a boss for work.  ENTPs are the most anti-authority type.  I like deciding everything for myself.  Yet everything I said in the OP is true.
