I wanted to voice an opinion of mine.

That I think it can be helpful to remember that the mastery curve applies to our mental health journeys, just as much as it does to things like business.

I'd recommend noticing how the dips still represent progress, without them mastery doesn't occur!

@Aleister Crowleyy It can be. It depends whether positivity is grounded in Truth or not. Positivity in and of itself is not self-deception


Instead of continuously trying to make the right decision, experiment with making your decisions right instead (own up to them). Consciously making a commitment to a decision IS what makes it the right decision, regardless of the choices you had.

@Ulax Although I think I know what you mean, can you be more specific? What exactly in your idea is being mastered?

@Nightwise I'd say whatever mental health recovery tool you are working on, i.e. IFS/ CBT.
