This is a playlist of 30+ videos teaching how to manage your emotions. It's part of some course the lady is selling (I didn't buy it) but the videos alone are good too I think.

^ This technique is kinda similar to Leo's flattening of thoughts (from the Grasping the Illusory Nature of Thought video)

I'd say the channel is worth checking out in general. This video really touched me:
