What foods really give you energy?

7 posts in this topic

I like meat and milk. I feel the best when I eat them often. I am a pantera negra lol.

Every body is similar but different and have different energetic requirements. What makes you feel the best?

Mention 1 or 2 foods.

Appreciate you insights and wisdom.

Fresh ripe watermelon. Cold, hydrating, sweet.

After experimenting with the idea of Ayurvedic doshas, I've found there seems to be something to it. I'm predominantly pitta dosha and eating cooling foods really balances me out, and quenches the fire burning inside of me, proverbially speaking.

Fruits are great in summer. Always a great choice to be connected with earth. They are Satvic.

You need to start eating Oats. High energy with a small cup of oats.

And banana. And orange juice.

Then you'll turn into Pantera Ogra and sometimes Pantera Vegra. :D

Be careful being too demanding in relationships. Relate to the person at the level they are at, not where you need them to be.

Eat in the morning. But not too much. They can be heavy. You won't feel hungry for long.

I agree with you.
