Welcome to the unreleased catalog of (Rough finished) music of Waking Authenticity. One medium of The life purpose of me (Paul Wyatt.)

 

While I am in LMT School, I will not have the time to properly release/build a fanbase, so this will do until the time comes to strategically give these sonic gifts of love, to the world.

 

The purpose of releasing them is to help me overcome my perfectionism, fear of rejection via creative output, as well as to share them with you, as they may impact you, help you, inspire you, and lead to breakthroughs of love.

The call, a pulsating, vibrating message of consciousness, in this life, we will be presented with a call, the call to adventure, our adventure, out heroes journey, will you answer?

 

This song is special, as I grew up playing classical and Celtic violin, felt forced into it by my parents and grew resentful, leading to me quitting for a while, music finds me, and I come back to it, now extremely grateful to have that skill, its a part of me, enjoy this sonic love, let it cover you, let it bathe you in light, and hopefully, lead you, to accept THE CALL.

This is my vision for life, an authentic life, my own mind, to go where no one has gone before, to explore, to discover, to know myself, and melt any barrier to love. 

 

"I'm gonna live my life

as authentically as I can

I'm gonna give my love

to as many as I can"

 

I dont know how authentically I can live, I dont know how much love I can give, that is what my life is for, to discover, to understand and to create that.

 

This song is also a proclamation of who I want to be, I grew up with people pleasing as my go to survival strategy, its taken years to get to where I am now, the degree to which I dont care what others think and can be authentic, and I still have farther to go.

 

As you listen to this, think of the life you desire, think of who you need to be to olive that, to be that. That's possible for you!

Summer, 2020, a immense fire raged outside the city of Portland, infusing the air with smoke, thick enough to make one cough. This song reminded me that it will end soon, that soon, we will be able to breathe. Expanding this idea, soon, we will breathe, breathe in new life, new growth, those on the path will breathe in a extraordinary life.

This song is held dear to my heart. It started as just the sample of the rainforest, the instrumental blossomed from there. Armed with new understanding from the book "The Music Lesson" by Victor Wooten, I was experimenting and loving it. 

 

The opening vocal phrase "Sing music" came to me while I was tripping on DMT, originally it was "Sing music, sing music to your friends, sing music to those who dont know they need love." And it evolved from there. Enjoy this sonic portrait of my mind, This is Love, this is Music

This song is the first I had sung in, I remember my heart beating faster as I lay in a hammock, thinking about music and my life. Because the main melody came into the mind with the lyrics, I sung them, with excitement pulled out my phone to voice record it, after that I rushed up to my studio an started the work. 

 

Over a year later, after forgetting about it, I stumbled across it, nearly finished, and decided to complete it, its not structure in a conventional way, and I love it

 

This song is about our journey, what we go through in life, and what life is trying to show us, its about becoming wiser, and realizing that if we are going anywhere, why not enjoy where we are now. it brings to mind questions such as  "Where am I going?" "Why am I doing this at all?" "If I am not present with Now, how can I enjoy life?"

Written in a month long bout of uncertainty before coming to a decision to go to Massage school. I was scared, not sure, and very worried. I didn't have an answer to my burning question, "What career to I choose as a foundation to my future Musical Life purpose?" And at the same time, wanting to be strong and a role model, for myself, and for my girlfriend. 

If you are uncertain, if you dont know what to do, if you have decisions to make but dont know how. Trust that your love of life will guide you, its okay to be uncertain, and it is necessary to create an extraordinary life. you are not alone in your uncertainty, Trust Life.

My now girlfriend caught the first ever take of this song on piano, those opening lines were all I had, then forgot about it for about a year, then watched it and realized.... oh, there is something here!

This song is about not needing to be perfect to change, and not needing to change to be loved.
