Worried about Sex and Genius

I've heard that the greatest creative geniuses lived completely abstinent lives. I want to be like them, but I still want sex.

What should I do?

P.S. I'm not sure how this will apply to your answers, but I'll put it in anyways - Before I wanna do the things I think I want to do, which is my life purpose (haven't found my purpose yet), I wanna do some other things that I think I want to do, but isn't as important as the purpose. Like becoming an MMA champ. I could have sex in that era of my life, expend that desire, and then move on to creative activities when I've finished my combat career.

Who specifically are you talking about that you are looking up to?

I suggest reading their (auto)biography and books about/from them to understand their genius better, because I'm pretty sure it's not abstinence that was their special sauce.

against the herd here but I’m going to say that absintence will skyrocket your boldness, creativity, and overall satisfaction in life. This is from direct experimentation. I LOVE sex and women, probably more than most, but I’ve found when I stop ejaculating and chasing girls I attain a sort of God mode. The ideal situation would be a Tantric Goddess who understands sexual energy and semen retention that you could raise energy and attain enlightenment with, anything less ;(tinder, clubs, pickup) would be a distraction from your genius
