Covid breakout at the workplace

I'm vaxed and about to start taking vitamin C, D and zinc. 

I haven't followed covid news in a long time so if there's something new or just something that I'm missing I'd appreciate it.

If you're taking the vitamins in reaction to a possible recent infection it's too late and this won't help. Better just to follow a healthy diet, scrap the supplements, exercise regularly, and spend plenty of time outdoors. 

I wouldn't worry about covid, the pandemic is over now.
