if you want constant stream of hot poon, the most effective way is fame. Then the same rules apply regardless of your looks: gain status and fame. If you want some hot poon here and there without effort and by getting luck, then you need good looks + confidence. But the 9s and 10s have had enough hot eggplants, it's not special to them anymore. So then they need something else.
