Plugging or snorting 5-meo-DMT

So right now I'm planning my first 5-meo-DMT trip, because LSD goes rough on my nervous system and last too lost for my taste. Also I got pretty insensitive to it. 

In his video about 5-meo Leo talked about snorting, whereas I mostly read about people plugging it here.

I think I can snort it without any complex instructions, but what about plugging? Do you use some kind of a syringe for that? Any other medium? 

What is necessary for the ideal first 5-meo-DMT trip in your opinion?

There's plenty of info in the official topic, ime experience successful plugging experiences have happened with the HCL form of 5-meo, but Ive heard you can also plug freebase.

There's actually a video that Leo uploaded in his blog about how to plug substances. 

By the way I feel the same as you in regards to LSD. I have to stop using it (or max I use it once a year) because it feels too rough on the comedown. 4-AcO-DMT is a good substitute and I am doing very serious work on it. Way more than with LSD.

Also, if I start with a super low dose, can I increase the dose the same day again?

From reading there is no tolerance so apparently and I never did DMT yet I plan to do it. There is no tolerance so you can increase the dose and create a breakthrough experience. As well as repeat the super low dose each day with similar results and effects. I never done DMT till now this is what I read on forums etc. 

So the effects do not suffer under the influence of tolerance as much as with LSD you can permanently apparently create the same state and re-produce the state/experience, because no tolerance.

Not at all. I actually "enjoy" the comedown. 

Not sure about the re-dosing.
