OK. I think i get it . Walk up, ask her, walk away or move forward. Life is short and there are plenty of women, even women hotter than the one i want to approach. I should Truly believe in myself that she is lucky to have me..not the other way around . I have a lot to offer and if she doesn't see that then she it's her loss. I should believe that inside, then my outward confidence will be all i need.

But I always have fear. I approach many girls and have been doing so for months now.  The fear doesn’t go away. What happens is it doesn't stop  and I'm not  able to calm my nerves down and enjoy the process.

I cannot remove fear because my brain's primary function is to detect threat, danger and so depending on my experience the fear will be big or it will be small . Any tips on how to overcome fear of rejection which is a very big obstacle for me? 

For example women fear approaching men due to the invention of modesty, invention of shame and this the shame on sexuality. Women do not approach men because they believe in the social myths and traditions that men are suppose to chase  women.

Do it, experience it, and notice it's okay, life goes on.

There is no shortcut here. You must do 1000s of approaches until you develop mastery. There is no way you can be good after just a few hundred approaches. That's like thinking you can be good at playing guitar after 20 training sessions. Nope! Not possible.

Agreed .

I believe that if i keep doing it, i will get used to it and have fun but i then feel awesome from approaching instead of anxious.i need to step up to grow. So I step up and it is why I approach extremely attractive girls because I am pushing myself and go into situations and doing what most fear doing/saying because they worry if they offend girl etc.

There will come a time when i won’t give a shit anymore. There will be a time i have dated so many extremely attractive girls and even get sick of them. I will find they are predictable, boring and scared, insecure than i can even imagine with all their facade and put on confidence.
