How to grow in every aspect of my life ?

I have a lot of dreams and goals but they seem impossible to me given my current situation in life .

I want financial independence..I want to have a girlfriend..I want to build a strong body but I never work out or go to the gym (I always procrastinate)...I want to stop smoking cigarettes but I can't no matter how hard I try. I want to stop the spiritual bypassing and mental masturbation and get access to incredible resources that can grow me spiritually but also mentally .

Can you give me a list of at least 10 tips on how to grow and achieve your goals in life ?

Thanks .

One at a time.

Focus on one aspect. Develop a sort of impatient patience. It will take years to see the biggest results in that area.

If you want a girlfriend, build a habit consistent with that goal. Go to social places and approach as many women as possible. Get to know them. Clarify what kind of woman you want to have a relationship with.

Apply these. Choose one goal, decide a habit that is consistent with that, focus exclusively on implementing it, and keep at it.

No "ideal" advice nor easy answers. It's difficult and takes hard work. Start with one thing and take action consistently and continuously.

That's what I came up with. xD

Little steps. U will feel bad because u think you are very slow and u should go faster. No. Go little

Notice the resistance and feel it. And also drill it in your mind that its natural and anyways its just a feeling. Go to that thing that u fear.

F.e. when ive first gone to the gym. I asked my close introvert friend do u want to go to gym? He was like yes ofc. Even asking from him i felt "bad". I felt resistance. When i went to gym i felt socially anxious. Ive also made the decisipn to strike up a convo with peers at my age. My body was trembling. But after that gym session i felt amazing

Remember self-deception. Thats whats keeping you back
