How to understand humour and get an idea what makes you laugh

When it comes to socializing humour is really important, thats why i want to improve it.

However i dont laugh very often. I dont take life seriously but i also take it seriously. What causes seriousness?

I find it really hard to laugh at jokes. How to be more reactive?

humor is an acute receptivity to what is (which is what god is too but that's another story) ... it is about seeing how inflexible you are, how rigid deluded deranged neurotic, such a circus clown smacking myself with custard pies, my buffoonery is simply next level. you have to laugh if you didn't you'd cry

laughing is spontaneity, vulnerability, humility

if someone has zero sense of humor you need to run a mile, simple as

no doubt, life is one long party, we are here to have fun to enjoy and to love learn laugh ... if you are not smiling and laughing you are doing it wrong

Humor is found in flow: carefree, light, joyous enjoyment.

There's a kind of "seriousness" to humor you could say.

Because good humor is an embodiment of love and high consciousness, it takes discipline (like to shift yourself to view things in a light-hearted way). It's a kind of leadership, to uplift the spirits around you.
