I think it would depend on what metric you used to define highest.

That said, I agree with @xbcc that Andrew Tate is indeed the highest

How do you feel about Nithyananda? Didn't he run away to an island off Ecuador after being revealed as sexually abusive?

Vimalananda is probably the lesser-known enlightened man. He didn't like people taking his picture but there's a sketch somewhere...let me check...got it. Not to be rude or anything but he does look kinda scary. Also, might as well read his books - Aghori (3 parts in total)...mentions a lot about other worldly things and beings.

Gotta go with Cheech & Chong for this one.

“Did you ever say Yes to a single joy? O my friends, then you said Yes to all woe as well. All things are chained and entwined together, all things are in love; if ever you wanted one moment twice, if ever you said: ‘You please me, happiness! Abide, moment!’ then you wanted everything to return!” - Friedrich Nietzsche

Haidakhan babaji has the highest proof from 20 century, he is mahavatar Babaji but basically appeared again in the 1980s.

He's also one of the reasons of my spiritual awakening, the proof that i have seen is astonishing

What proof have you seen?

Higher beings, these words are for you alone.
Our pure Vessel has ascended.
Beyond lies only the refuse and regret of its creation.
We shall enter that place no longer.

From beasts we scorn as soulless, in forest, field, and den,
the cry goes up to witness the soullessness of men.

Lol.

But he's not even joking.

The entirety of the holocaust will never be 0.00000001% as dehumanizing as the belief that you are God and that you chose to put yourself into this experience in order to "experience everything."

A New Realm

In Warhammer 40k, The Tyranids are controlled by the "Hive Mind", an all-encompassing collective consciousness. It is not a being in the traditional sense but is viewed as the ultimate force of consumption and adaptation.

In the case of the Eldar (Aeldari) you have Isha, Kaela Mensha Khaine, Cegorach and Ynnead... Then there's Chaos Gods Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, Slaanesh. The Emporer (Neoth or Aman) is said to be the highest being of the Humans.

And... In the Galactic Federation of Light: Ashtar, Elder Ikai, Council of light, The Prime Creator, and probably Arch Angel Michael, or the Pleiadians.
