Hey guys! I've been Mastering the Core Teaching of The Buddha by Daniel Ingram and I found really on point and practical. I found this interview in which he talks about two really important aspects of this work:

1- What is the difference between the egoic state and the enlightened state and which is better: It is really motivational to see how worth it is to achieve enlightenment for the human being! (min 19;55)

2- The 10,000 rule that he put on to achieve this permanent state. (min 30)
