Which Ketamine is better in your opinion? Considering the side effects, the effect on depression, the insights you can gain?

Why is S-Ketamin so often on the market for depression treatment, although studies show that R- Ketamine is superior for depression?

They are definitely different in effects. I've had both, but not with enough frequency to give a detailed rundown of the differences. What I do remember though is that my preference is both combined. And if I remember correctly, S-ketamine was quite a bit more potent.

Thanks for your opinion, I also heard S is more potent and more psychedelic. Most people who consumed both prefer R Ketamin. I still ask me then why is S Ketamin so big on the market..

I haven't tried both so cannot say. And I recently discovered that the ketamine I took was mislabeled. So I'm pretty sure now that I took S, not R.

If you get ketamine underground it's probably racemic, which has both r- and s-.

It works great for me. I had an exceptionally deep experience one night which erased my kratom habit and for some reason changed the way I speak, in terms of clarity and organic voice resonance/projection. Totally bizarre, beautiful experience with unexpected results.
