What are some Ways To Help Heal Cancer?

8 posts in this topic

Being that there are all these alkaline diets and natural remedies out there that have cured diseases, is it possible to cure cancer? If not cure, but help aide in the healing of it? I’m looking for a real remedy, no stupid bullshit. Even if it helps a little. Something to shrink the cells. There must something the mainstream knows nothing about. Diet, fruits, etc. give me your suggestions.

Of course it's possible and there are many ways. But it's not going to be scientifically rigorous so you're left to experiment on your own and see what will work for you.

Diet is one of the biggest levers. Fasting is another one.

There are probably 100 different things you could try, from various diets, juicing, fasting, supplements, exercises, visualization techniques, detox protocols, psychic healers, etc. There is no guarantee any of it will work for everyone, but some of it definitely works for some people. You will never know until you try it on yourself.

Promising thing to try:

  • Long water fasting: 2 weeks+
  • Switch to whole foods raw vegan diet
  • Lots of juicing
  • Serious heavy metal detox
  • Liver cleanses
  • Visualization techniques

You can combine all that with orthodox medical methods.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

The best suggestion would be to find someone who specialises in nutritonal and lifestyle approach to cancer with an evidence based mindset who is also accustomed to working with herbs, supplements and natural remedies.

In a cancer cure, a radical lifestyle transformation is often required.

You could read about Dean Ornish and his prostate cancer approach, imo that is an alley worth exploring

Healing is possible but not guaranteed.

Whatever you do, the basis of your treatment must always be rooted in evidence based medicine - meaning mainstream onocology!
In some cases we are getting really close to curing cancer. Couple of days ago, a landmark study was published about a new monoclonal antibody which completely reversed locally advanced rectal cancer in 100% of the cases with almost no side effects (https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2201445).

Anyway, what you do from there to support your system is another question. An integrative/holistic healing approach includes multiple facets ranging from nutritional solutions, psycho/trauma-therapy, psychospiritual-interventions, interpersonal work & alternative treatment regimes like for example NAD+/Vit-D infusions or other orthomolecular approaches. What you need as an individual is highly subjective and as @Michael569 already mentioned, your best guess is to find someone who specializes in holistic cancer treatments.

Beware of the snake oil salesmen that are ubiquitous in the alternative medicine space.

There are countless cases of complete remissions after some old trauma got worked up or the right nutritional approach was impleneted. Never stop believing that healing is possible.

I'm ignorant about this topic but what I know you really need is an unshakeable power will towards health. It's extremely hard to do so because I personally always get in the sick mind mood and then fall in those emotions. It's crucial that all the energy you have is focused towards that which you wanna create in your life, in this case health. It sounds obvious but be extre aware of your everyday thoughts and live by this principle till you get over it.

Also, ecological food is a must. Whatever you get, shall it be that what you buy and not full of chems in it; which means buy always ecologic food.

Could read Internal family systems Therapy, guildford therapy 2nd edition, by Schwartz.

There is a section in there regarding the mind and it relation to medical ailments

This.

There are XXX types of cancer, dont generalise.

But generally (lol) read about the development theories about cancer (keywords: cells backed in the corner burning sugar without oxygen, cancer metabolizing sugar and toxins at a crazy rate to support the body instead of harm it)

Cancer is a topic for itself. Scary stuff. So much money being made. Hidden cure hospitals somewhere in brazil. Its wild.

@Richard Purdy  I highly recommend When The Body Says No by dr. Gabor Mate.

In there, he explains the link between cancer and suppression of someone's needs, emotions and boundaries that originates as a conditioned pattern in childhood.

It's not that cancer is directly caused by emotional repression, but it is a huge risk factor.

The three risk factors he identifies are:

  1. genetic predisposition
  2. Physical damage like toxins, certain viruses, smoking, unhealthy food, radiation or repeated burning
  3. Chronic stress caused by emotional repression

Each of these factors individually does not give someone cancer.

People who sunbathed and burnt a lot were followed in a long term study. The ones who repressed their feelings developed melanoma twice as frequently as the others.

Also it's been studied that people who combined psychotherapy with conventional medicine (the materialistic approach) were way more likely to heal.

The explanation for this (paraphrased poorly by me) is that cancer is an immune system issue, in that everyone has cancer cells in their body in all places. They are being created, and constantly being cleaned up by a healthy immune system.

Suppression of feelings and repression of early trauma causes a constant stress, an invisible stress that is does not feel like stress (no elevated heartbeat or agitation), but it is there. Elevated levels of cortisol are constantly present, and endorphins are being deployed at above normal levels in order to help the person repress their emotions and not feel. Because it works so well, the person is blissfully unaware of this and thinks they feel fine and are experiencing a healthy emotional range. But actually they have way more endorphins and cortisol in their system, both of which suppress immune function.

TL/DR:

  • If I got cancer, I would go balls deep (deeper than I am doing now) on psychotherapy and childhood trauma healing.
  • The therapy has to involve feeling emotional pain that was previously unconscious, and establishing healthy individual self and boundaries. Cognitive behavioral therapy won't cut it. My choice would be primal therapy, but there's others that are more easily accessible. Make no mistake, everyone has childhood trauma and some level of emotional repression, although the levels may vary
