Sites for generic medicine (antidepressants)?

I want to start taking a medication called bupropion, an antidepressant,  but it is not avaliable in my country. I looked online for pharma sites but I couldn't find a site that doesn't require a prescription. Does anyone know about such sites?

@LSD-Rumi LOL I am sort of taking that right now to help with a different thing.. How come you couldn't get a prescription?

My docs tried to make me take it so many times and I refused after trying it initially. Seems easy ish to get.

@puporing It is not about prescription, the drug itself is not avaliable in my country (3rd world). Anyways, what is your experience with it?  Any good?

@LSD-Rumi Oh I see.. That's unfortunate... might have to really dig I wish I knew a source.

My preference is not to take any anti-depressants. But I recently got diagnosed with fibromyalgia which was affecting me a lot day-to-day. Apparently, I was told anti-depressants might help. So I'm trying it again on a lower dosage. So far it seems to help with the exhaustion and does seem to stablize my mood as well, it's only been a few days so I have yet to see how it plays out. Maybe I was struggling with some lingering depression too that I thought was gone.

@puporing Oh I see, you are taking them for the pain. But from what I know, there are better antidepressants for pain like tricyclic antidepressants but have worse side effects. And there is this antidepressant called amitryptaline which has some opioid analgesic effect. You may want to ask your doctor about them.

@LSD-Rumi Yeah there are others specifically for fibromyalgia but I just had some leftover bupropion on hand before seeing the doctor again . Bupropion seems to be somewhat gentler compared to others I've tried.

And it's mostly for the stupid exhaustion more than anything (but pain too yes).

@puporing So it gives energy and motivation? Because I desperately need some and my current  ssri med is not helping in this department

@LSD-Rumi Energy yes, which should help with motivation. Yeah you might have to try a few before finding one that helps with minimal side effects.. but yeah sounds like access is your main problem.
