Realizing everything is God

It's been a month that I began to be more loving and patient toward myself because I go through all the traumas and emotions I've been hiding so long.
I have more moment of "clarity" and I realize more & more the inevitability of the Truth that everything is God and of course I am. 

As I realize this more & more intellectually, I'm scared to embody it/to awake/surrender totally to this Truth 

I feel like that if I realize this, I will go through a huge crisis, it's too much for my ego. Do you have an idea to help ?

Don't force embodiment.  You are in this form to be a selfish fuck.   Your actions will ultimately align with your wisdom on their own without you trying to force it.  This comes with time.  In the meantime enjoy the ride.

Non-resistance simply can't resist non-resistance. So perhaps, if and when it comes time to let go of your life as you know it, just notice what has never held on -- what isn't entangled with anything going on in your life. God wants for you exactly what you authentically want for you.
