Its really not worth it . You waste your health for the sake of 9 seconds of tingling sensation.  Just think about how stupid of a deal that is .

we all know after you nut one out you just lose it for a while. But not too long lol. You should recover within two days max.

If you take two days to recover from ejaculating, there's something biologically atypical about you. It's not normal.

If you feel guilty about jerking off, that's because of brainwashing from culture or content that you consume. It's sexual repression.

Jerking off does not consume lots of energy that you need to recover. Your body produces semen 24/7 at a fairly constant rate, whether or not you ejaculate.

And the calorie count of semen is almost negligible, so you're not losing energy when it leaves your body.

4. Masturbation makes you addicted even if you taste it for one time. Controlling it is a very big menace.

5. Masturbation creates drowsiness .you will be sleeping most of the time after ejaculation of your sperm. You will experience a damn tired.

6. Masturbation causes stress and strain in your mind and soul.

7. Masturbation also affects us psychologically. it creates depression after ejaculation and makes one feeling bad on his own.

Now once again ..that's just my experience with masturbation. I'm not saying everyone will experience the same effect . But I do believe that masturbation has its own season in life which is the age of puberty (14-18)..after that it becomes boring and repetitive and you should start becoming a man and seek relationships with real women rather than with your hands .

Easy to prevent by simply not using a tight grip. And no, vaginas aren't that wide. It's not like the average vaginal opening is wider than the average penis.

The grip I use when masturbating is often so light that I'm barely still moving the skin. The arousal comes from naughty (?) thoughts, which btw also have positive effect on ones sexuality.

You could say the same about sex (or about reading or playing volleyball or meditation). But actually it's not all that addicting when you do it responsibly. It's kinda like with every type of pleasure, that at some point we'd like re-experience the thing.

It creates relaxation.

So if you already were tired before masturbation (or sex for that matter), then you'll have an easier time falling asleep after masturbating. But I don't see any harm in that. Often we masturbate when we want a short release of tension anyway. The tiredness after masturbating goes away quickly and then I'm better than before.

2. Yes, as I've felt the phantom pains and tingling around my throat, chest and hips if I fap too frequently.

Yes, but not limited to tight gripping, You could have a softer grip with slower pace, or be humping a body pillow and masturbate that way, it's the frequent ejaculation that not leads to erectile dysfunction, but can also lead to more leaking of urine even after you really clear yourself afterwards. 

4. Yes, big menace to try to self discipline, but self discipline you have to anyways.

I have no problem with you reporting your own experience of problems with masturbation. What annoys me is when you present your own experience like it is fact and applies to everyone, when that is not the case.

Look, it's all good if you have arguments against masturbation, but at the end of the day everyone must feel into their body and feel what an activity does to them.

If I fapped 3x per day I'd have a problem. But my masturbation is moderated.

Also I agree on the porn thing. Porn indeed does have negative effects on me, so I don't do it.

But we can't just mix different things together and then say the first thing (masturbation) is really bad because of the second thing. Probably having sex while tripping on heroin is much more unhealthy than just sex alone, right? This doesn't make sex more unhealthy though.

And yes, as with everything, you can do masturbation in the wrong way. Just like working out done correctly is health promoting and working out in the wrong way can cause health problems.

Then, regarding this point, normal sex is just as detrimental if you ejaculate.

And btw, I totally respect it if someone doesn't want to fap. The only thing that gets annoying is if some constantly tells people what they shouldn't do and then calls them weak if they don't live up to his arbitrary standard.

I’m struggling with sex too. I just want to add something. Sometimes masturbation and porn are bad that it's  so obvious that its easy to see. It help us to see it as sin without much effort. Unfortunately, sometimes it make us, focus on sex and fail to see other sins within us.

You have to understand that there are thousands of young guys struggling with insane addiction to porn and masturbation. They need rewiring, not just about sex addiction but in all aspect of their life

Because aside from my sex problem, I realize I’m far from perfect, sometimes I become self centered man, a narcist, I say things to get praise from other people, instead looking for God, etc. I need to change all these flaws.

 I just wish i could bring it to a more bigger picture, instead focusing on sex. Although my point could be applied in other aspect of our life as well. So no complain, just some suggestion.
