I feel better when I stop watching screens regularly.

I find when I stop playing video games, watching TV regularly, watching porn, and watching videos online, after about 1-2 weeks after I stop doing this, I feel much better. I have less anxiety, less depression etc.

I focus now on - Research, investigation, hiking, music, sport.

Even if I just use these things for 2 hours a day or something, it makes me feel worse. 

I will only watch an occasional movie/sporting event now when I really care about it.
