Which one should I put more emphasis on for health issues? Kriya Yoga or Meditation?

I don’t plan on only doing one or the other in the future, but at the moment with the limited energy I have with my health issues I need to do whatever gives me the most ROI. 
 

I know Yoga is a key technique for Moksha/Enlightenment, and while that is one of my goals, I am putting more priority on the results it could bring to my chronic fatigue and gut issues. After I resolve that, then I can focus more on higher pursuits.

So which should I do for now? Kriya Yoga or Meditation? 
 

There will likely be people saying do both, but I think doing 20 minutes of one technique well is better than splitting two different techniques into 10 minutes each. I plan on increasing the amount of time I practice the technique down the line but I am not as energetic as I used to be so I need to start small.
