Why I love the latest Leo video

Apart from practicing love towards others, it also taught me how to practice love towards my vision, towards my dreams, towards my fears and to finally REALIZE what I doing WRONG!

 

I think the latest video is insane in its application and I have been using that understanding like,

- Respecting the sovereignty of my fear! So rather than trying to make my fear into something pleasant, I instead respect it now! Fear arises, Oh please come and have some tea...

- Understanding how to love my vision, give time and attention to it, see the beauty within it, etc. This one is something I read a lot of times, but it only now after like 8 years clicked for me as to why that works!

 

and sooo much more... Insane. need to rewatch that many more times to fully integrate that into my life.
