Distilling down Leo’s videos from the main channel

I have started a YouTube channel with aim of concentrating the insights from Leo’s videos which are over 400 hours into smaller videos while keeping the insight intact and cutting down all the fluff so the people can get to the real nugget of wisdom in relatively less time and with more punch to it.

my reason for posting it here is that I can get valuable feedback from the community and see if this idea is applicable if at all. So please feel free to suggest improvements for title thumbnails and pacing of these videos.
