@Matthew85 ah nice one, just saw your edited post now. Yeah all this time I was trying to figure out how to loose myself but it’s actually almost like including myself - along with everything else.

@SelfHelpGuy Yes. All these teachings about killing the ego and no self can cause a lot of confusion. The awareness that is you can never be extinguished, it can only be limited or expanded. 

I have a lot of love for my ego personality of Matthew. He doesn't need to die. He is expanding and growing in a similar way that a child evolves and expands into adulthood, but even much more so.
