Talking about one's own vulnerabilities

I like the fact that Leo will talk about his own vulnerabilities and the fact he may not know of some things in certain areas. For it takes courage, doesn't it?

 

At the same time, generally ego can maskarade that it exposes its vulnerabilities in front of some person or a group of people. And in doing so, rapport gets build which allows a person to take advantage of the target person or group of people.
