Cream of tartar Beneftis?

Is cream of tartar a good potassium supplement? ACC mercury detox facebook forum guidelines recomend mixing it with some vitamin c and pink hymalayan salt powder as an " adrenal coctail " . I will be drinking lots of water while chelating and worry about depleting electrolytes. It's also known as e336i, a common food additive.


Anything I should worry about?
