Did only watch first minute of first video and I am surprised of the "definition" it tries to give. Nihilism just means that nothing matters including that nothing matters. Based on that realization one can live extremely free life without a constant "need" to do everything all the time. (s)he can do only what (s)he wants and that's exactly what life is all about.
