Keep in mind, the mindfuck effect seems to be much heavier when psychedelics are combined with cannabis.

It's not necessarily a waste to combine them from time to time. After all, cannabis makes psychedelic ego death more likely -- because of its memory suppression effect -- but this does seem to come with a more intense mindfuck effect.
