Is God Realized a state of consciousness

Just watched Leos new video and near the 2hrs 10 min mark he said that all states are god, yet most people do not realize that they are god, unless they are god realized. Ive had god realizations on psychedelics before and become aware that I am god, but after the trips end, I dont always act like it. I guess my question is, is someone still god realized even after they come down from an awakening or enlightened state, or is it more like a dial that is turned where you are more or less aware that you are god.

@Phil King yes. When you are cosplaying you are cosplaying.  But you are awake.  Lucid dreaming is a nice way to frame it.
